Who is the Hammers of Thegn?
The Hammers of Thegn Inc. (Hammers Inc) is a historical re-enactment organization spread across Blue mountains and Southern Highland regions.
We aim to make our recreation as realistic as possible without compromising safety, the law, or personal enjoyment. We also endeavor to create and maintain channels of communication amongst members, other recreation groups, educators, government and the business community. In this way we provide opportunities and venues for members to practice, display and teach the skills, arts and crafts that they pursue.
Join the club
Members of the group fall into two broad categories. The largest category is the fighting members, who actually train and put on displays of their combat skills. Some members do not take part in combat and prefer to focus on non-combat activities like living History, arts and crafts.
Support our makers
Our club has many talented makers that strive to craft historically accurate items for re-enactment. You can purchase items they have made available or contact them directly if you are after something very unique.
